This hotel is a lovely choice with a fantastic location right by the lake, surrounded by great restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, making it perfect for our small family. However, some noise from above disturbed our peace during the night, and the bare floors added to the chill during our stay. The amenities and services are a great touch, but a few minor improvements would enhance the experience.

The service left a lot to be desired, particularly with a confusing booking situation and a lack of responsiveness about our Wi-Fi issue. On the upside, the pet-friendly junior suite was spacious and had a lovely electrical fireplace, which made for a cozy atmosphere. Overall, while there were a few positives, the challenges overshadowed the good aspects.
